Training
Everlark Dressage specializes in training young/green horses, off-the-track-Thoroughbreds, and re-training "problem" horses, as well as filling in "gaps" in previous training. Each horse is approached as an individual, and has a training program that treats them as such regardless of discipline, breed, age, and previous history.
Please inquire for a customized program and pricing. Every client and horse is different, so additional details are needed to give everyone their individualized pricing quote.

"
Morgan has helped me correct my own riding asymmetries and taught me to “notice” more effectively how my riding is affecting my horse and thus helped to make me a more influential as a rider. Her lessons are always huge fun – I can never believe a lesson goes so fast! She always explains things in clear and understandable language, free from traditional riding jargon (which I never understood anyway!), and often using imageries to reinforce a message. I feel that she takes a personal interest in our progress, and she is always sympathetic to the relationship with the horse.
Being a middle age woman, whom only began learning to ride 6 yrs ago, and honestly thought if we ever jumped we would be on the ground more than in the saddle. I knew I needed an instructor who was conscience but encouraging to my needs. Morgan has shown me new exercises, new methods to relax, have more faith in my horse and more confidence in my riding. In less than 6 jump lessons I have jumped courses of 2ft and are 2 weeks away from our first 3 phase Eventing competition. Prior to Morgan we had never ever jumped! She has helped me do all this and with a sense of humour! She really knows her stuff and is so encouraging, after each lesson there has been improvement and more knowledge gained.
As a biomechanics/ Centered Riding coach and riding instructor, she combines the ability to see and correct postural defects with a unique understanding of the energetic connection between horse and rider. She uses visualisations to help the rider understand for themselves why certain changes need to be made. These often entertaining visualisations also help the rider to ‘find’ the correct position when practising alone. Morgan is brilliant at picking up on the subtleties within the horse/rider partnership, using breathing and an understanding of energy to make profound changes.
My horse and I are looking at a long and “eventful” relationship with such a lovely woman and Mentor." - A.S. WYATT
"I found Morgan Randall at Everlark when looking for a traveling dressage trainer to come to my barn to help me with a young Dutch/Canadian warmblood gelding. We had stalled in our training, and I was nearly ready to give up on him and find another horse.
In the six weeks since we have been working with Morgan, my horse and I have grown as a team by leaps and bounds, and I feel both hopeful and inspired to set big goals and go out and chase them. We have received numerous compliments from other professionals and our dressage ring debut was a wonderful experience.
Not only is she a lovely rider, Morgan is a patient, clear instructor who is obviously well educated in dressage and supportive in her approach. Like a child on Christmas morning, I eagerly look forward to the gifts Morgan brings to each lesson and training ride, and highly recommend her to anyone looking for an honest eye, a kind heart, and a keenly intelligent horsewoman." -Lauren S.
